There is a modern kitchen and bathroom, double bedroom and living room. this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the V+A Museum.
A wide range of excellent local amenities include shops, public transport, recreational facilities, both hospitals and both Universities are within easy access. A perfect stay for long or short term.
The Space
Best suited to longer term stays, the apartment is spacious and comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax plus a TV, double bedroom with plentiful storage, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table and chairs, bathroom and a separate shower room. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. The Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the flat. All rooms are accessed from the hall.
Guest Access
Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
On-street parking is available nearby but it can be busy and sometimes tricky to find a space during the day.
This flat is on the first floor.
Infants and young children are very welcome and many of our guests are families. Please get in touch if you have any questions re sleeping arrangements as there is no cot at the property.
